Are you tired of going to gym every day? Fatigue is one of the most common problems that one has to face when taking care of fitness. Fitness is no doubt important for good health but sometimes, say, while completing the last set of dumbbells, or those last minutes at treadmill, one gets a feeling that there is simply no more stamina to push even a step ahead or pull even up the hand even an inch. Not only this, sometimes even a worse kind of fatigue comes up, when one doesn t even feel like going to the gym. Are you too going through any such situation?

When a child does hard work, then his parents or teachers, rewards him. This is to motivate him, so that he continues to work hard and get good results in every arena. You must also do this to yourself and reward your hard work. If you have achieved your weekly weight-loss goal, or you have made it every day to the gym, then reward yourself with may be a scoop of gourmet ice cream, or by buying a new wardrobe item. By doing such little things, you stay motivated to work hard without letting the feeling of tiredness come closer to you.
4. Take random breakouts:
To get burned out is very obvious, so sometimes when your body or mind is saying no for the workout, then it is ok to take a small break of a day. You get physically tired while doing work out every day, so even if you plan up for vacations, then as well it is ok. By taking breaks, the body & mind gets refreshed and refocused to work hard.
